2015 Reverse Proof Silver Maple Leaf

In 2015 The Royal Canadian Mint released a 1 ozt reverse proof Silver Maple Leaf in tribute to Albert Einstein, commemorating the 100 year Anniversary of his theory of relativity. These coins where exclusively sold through Bullion Exchanges LLC with a low Mintage of 50,000. Gracing the obverse side of this coin is the effigy of her Majesty Queens Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.

Inscribed near the rim are “ELIZABETH II”, “D.G. REGINA”, along with the coin’s denomination and mintage date. The reverse features the exquisitely detailed maple leaf with the E=mc2 privy mark near the left side of the maple leaf stem with a reverse proof finish. The privy mark commemorates the Special Theory of Relativity with the groundbreaking formula E=mc2. Encircling the maple leaf on the obverse side are the inscriptions “FINE SILVER”, 1 OZ ARGENT PUR”, and “CANADA”, with the coins 9999 fineness adorning each side of the Maple Leaf.
