An antique Eloi Pernet Keychain cigar cutter, file and knife combo multi-tool hand crafted from an 1851 A (Paris Mint) 5 Francs coin minted during the rule of Louis Philippe and struck in .900 Fine Silver in excellent pre-owned condition. This multi tool shows minimal signs of use and is hallmarked "Eloi France", on the blade. Counter-stamp "Eloi LP" within a diamond appears on the obverse & reverse of the coin. This piece is also marked depose meaning chrome plated steel on the file.
