A Series Of 1902 $10 The Second National Bank Of Allegheny, Pennsylvania Plain Back Note Charter #776 Fr#624 with signatures Lyons/Roberts and Serial #'s D942748H, 13846 graded Very Fine 20 with annotations for 'paper pull' and 'minor rust' by PMG. This note displays an original paper color with minor rust stains visible, visible creases/folds, paper pull visible on the 'h' of 'Allegheny' and uneven margins.
