For your consideration is a Vintage Signed 1970's Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti .925 Sterling Silver 14.5mm Open Heart Pendant Necklace in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. This original 1970's concept design by Elsa Peretti from her open heart collection features a 14.5mm wide open heart pendant that hangs on a thin chain with a spring ring clasp crafted in fine sterling silver. The necklace shows light handing wear with a lightly worn finish and no major cosmetic issues.
This necklace was examined by a GIA graduate gemologist to verify the authenticity of the stones and metal purity. All of our pre-owned items are guaranteed authentic.
