For your consideration is a Vintage Tiffany & Co. .925 Sterling Silver 3 Open Hearts Pendant Chain Necklace in very good pre-owned condition. This necklace designed by Elsa Peretti for TIffany & Co. features her iconic open heart design in the form of (3) small pendants that are affixed to a chain with a spring ring clasp crafted in fine sterling silver. The necklace shows light to average signs of handling/wear with a worn polished finish and no major cosmetic issues.
This necklace was examined by a GIA graduate gemologist to verify the authenticity of the stones and/or metal purity. All of our pre-owned items are guaranteed authentic.
