This necklace designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. features her iconic open heart design with a 22mm wide pendant with an accent diamond that hangs on a chain with a spring ring clasp crafted in fine sterling silver. The necklace shows light to average wear throughout with a lightly worn polished finish and no major cosmetic issues. The original MSRP for this necklace was $1,100 USD.
