This pendant/necklace combo by Tiffany & Co. from their 'Notes' collection features a large 41.5mm x 41.5mm round disc pendant with a wave shape imprinted with the Tiffany & Co. flagship stores address of 727 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022 that hangs from a thin 19.75" inch long chain crafted in fine sterling silver. The necklace shows light to average surface wear with typical hairline scratches from use, visible but slightly worn mirror polished finish and no major cosmetic issues or monograms.
