These earrings by Tiffany & Co. feature (1) small classic solid heart with an open heart suspended by a thin chain crafted in fine sterling silver with butterfly (push) backs. The earrings show minimal light wear with an original polished finish and no major cosmetic issues. The earrings will be accompanied with a Tiffany & Co. snap pouch.
