For your consideration is a Vintage Signed BH Effy 14k Yellow Gold 3+ Carat Sapphire Diamond Halo Ring in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. This ring by BH Effy features an oval blue sapphire that is 3+ carats surrounded by a halo of (14) diamonds and set in fine 14k yellow gold. The ring shows light to average signs of handling/wear with a lightly worn polished finish and no major cosmetic issues.
This ring was examined by a GIA graduate gemologist to verify the authenticity of the stones and/or metal purity. All of our pre-owned items are guaranteed authentic.
